The Housing and Planning Bill received Royal Assent on 13th May. The Government seeks to achieve 200,000 Starter Homes by 2020. Regulations are to follow providing further detail.

The Court of Appeal has today ruled that small housing sites should be exempt from the need to provide affordable housing.
