Garner Planning has supported North West Auctions in securing planning permission for six holiday let pods as part of a farm diversification scheme near Ulverston in South Lakeland.

Garner Planning has secured planning consent to replace a sub-standard dwelling in the Lake District National Park. The new dwelling will have three bedrooms and include solar photovoltaic panels and an air source heat pump. A bio-diversity net gain scheme forms part of the scheme. The development will be undertaken by Lanquest Properties Limited.
