A planning inspector has allowed an appeal made by Garner Planning Associates for one dwelling  outside the settlement boundary.

In his conclusions the Inspector agreed that the proposal would not cause significant harm to the character and appearance of the area and the settlement boundary does not represent a constraint to development due to the absence of a 5 year housing supply.

Whilst the planning authority considered vehicular access to be a constraint the Inspector did not agree.
