Staveley Pharmacy

Garner Planning has secured planning permission for additional external storage space for Staveley Pharmacy. The space is used for the storage and distribution of mobility aids for the local community.

The application was considered by members of the Lake District National Park Authority’s Development Control Committee with a recommendation for refusal. Following a presentation by Chris Garner, with the support of the applicant in answering members’ questions, members voted unanimously to grant planning permission subject to conditions controlling the hours of operation.

If you have an application that officers have suggested they intend to refuse, give Chris Garner a call to discuss.
