Members of the Planning Committee resolved that the proposed development of one dwelling on the edge of Kendal would be acceptable in the context of an application that was already the subject of an appeal on non-determination.
The planning authority subsequently granted planning permission for one dwelling on a subsequent application allowing the appeal to be withdrawn.
