Residential infill appeal success
February 22nd, 2019 | Posted by in NewsGarner Planning has secured planning permission for a single dwelling in the village of Leasgill at appeal.
Garner Planning was engaged after South Lakeland District Council refused planning permission.
The Planning Inspector agreed that the linear nature of the village had been altered by the recent development of two dwellings (secured by Garner Planning in 2014) and therefore a previous appeal Inspector’s objections were no longer valid.
