New dwelling in the open countrysideAugust 9th, 2019 | Posted by in News
Garner Planning has secured planning for the conversion of a building to a new dwelling.
In 2014 an appeal was dismissed because the Planning Inspector considered the location to be isolated. Garner Planning referred to a recent Court of Appeal decision and a change to both national and local planning policy since 2014 to argue that a new dwelling without any restriction on occupancy was acceptable. The planning authority agreed.
