Lancaster City Council’s Full Council meeting in September will consider a draft Development Management Policies and a Land Allocations document in September before being issued for consultation. The authority are also to consider a partial review of its adopted Core Strategy with three key elements; reduced housing requirements, early greenfield site release for housing and a more flexible approach to housing in the rural areas.Draft Lancaster Local Plan report July 2012
