Garner Planning has secured planning permission for 3 dwellings on Abbey Road, Barrow in Furness.

The site had its challenges with both drainage and extensive tree cover. Thanks to RG Parkins and Treescapes Consultancy for their work in resolving all issues satisfactorily.

Although the planning application was not granted as quickly as we would like, the case officer at Barrow Borough Council, entered into positive dialogue and made suggestions that resulted in a better scheme.
